Mochi

Trial mochi. The dough was very sticky. It was very hard trying to put in the filling and close the balls.

I only made a few because I wasn't sure they would turn out ok. But they turned out just fine. Well, ignoring the irregular shapes, they taste good. haha.

Birthday Alarm

It was my birthday, and my housemates and a few friends surprised me at midnight with a cake and sparkles. The smoke alarm went on with very perfect timing. Hahahaha :p

Zebra Cake

I have been making lots of cookies lately, last night I decided to make a cake. It tasted alright.. It's all about the stripes. hehe. Not bad for my first try, I think :p

Green Pea Cookies

They are Chinese-style Green Pea Cookies with natural sweetness from the green peas. I could not find green pea flour or green pea snacks, so I used dehydrated green peas and put them in a food processor. I ended up with bits of crunchy green peas, which I like ^_^. 

Green Tea Shortbread

I like the taste of this shortbread. I reduced the amount of sugar, so it's not too sweet.. just nice.. with a hint of green tea flavour. Success... YATTA!! :p
